Getting Started with AFG:
If you are interested in learning more about AFG, here are the steps you will take:
1. Call us at (501) 376-9051 – an initial telephone consultation will be conducted with one of our Senior Planners to gain an understanding of your needs and to further explain our services and fees.
2. Schedule a face-to-face meeting – this includes bringing an information packet we will send you to specify and clarify your investment interests. We will also review your key documents and work with you in determining your goals and expectations for your financial advisement.
3. Gather Working Papers – to ensure our estimate is fair and our planning work is accurate, the following items will need to be brought to our initial consultation:
• Income Tax Returns for the previous 2 years
• Latest Pay Stubs showing Year-to-Date withholding information
• Will and other Legal Documents
• Most recent statements for any Bank Savings and CDs, Brokerage or Mutual Fund Accounts
• Employee benefit information, including: 401K statements, pension information, etc.
• Prior year’s Mortgage and Loan statements with interest rates
• Any auto, home, life and disability Insurance Policies
4. Moving forward –AFG’s objective is to make sure that your time with us results in a good fit between your goals and expectations and the services our firm provides. In deciding to move forward, AFG will provide you with a number of regulatory documents, including a copy of our Form ADV, our Wealth Management Agreement, and a detailed Engagement Letter that details the best estimate of our fees.
